How should I warm up my Carrot & Tea-Tree Oil Therapy?

DO NOT WARM THE BOTTLE BY USING THE MICROWAVE OR STOVE. Submerse the bottle in warm water for 5 minutes. Test on the skin to ensure that it is not too hot.

How do I use my relaxer?

Check out the instructions sheet in the box! It gives you the dos and don’ts of relaxing, a timing guide, a strand test, and a list of recommended products to help maintain your relaxed hair.

Should I use the regular-strength or super-strength relaxer system for my hair?

If you have fine hair DO NOT use the super-strength formula. Reference the instruction sheet found in every relaxer box to see what strength is best for your hair type.

How long should I wait between applying my last relaxer and my next touch-up?

You should wait at least 6-8 weeks between applications, but you should talk to a licensed professional to know how long you should wait for your specific hair needs. Do not overlap relaxer cremé onto previously relaxed hair.
