Olive & Shea Moisturizing Shampoo

The moisturizer I have been looking for that works best for my 4c hair.

This cream smells amazing and moisturizes my hair wonderfully. Will buy again.

This shampoo left my hair soo dry I definitely only used this one time

A moisturizing shampoo can be really useful for Black hair and this one delivers. It suds well and is gentle while leaving the hair and seal clean. I tend to focus on my scalp and am more concerned with having a clean scalp, and this worked along with a scalp brush. Nice light scent and texture.

The mask has a great smell and very creamy. It does take a lot for very thick hair. However it rinses out well and leaves hair feeling very soft.

I like how well this shampoo cleanses my hair but the moisture isn't really doing it for me. Also, I don't really care for the smell. It's kind of overwhelming to my senses.

My daughter and I have different textures. I used it in both our hair. It was drying for both our hair. It did not add moisture at all.

This shampoo felt thinner than my usual shampoo, but listen! After washing with this I was surprised how easily my hair detangled, and how nicely it shined after drying! My hair was clearly more moisturized after just ONE wash! I will definitely continue to use this one in between clarifying washes!

I received this complimentary to try and review. I am pretty picky when it comes to shampoos because I want more moisture. This one definitely gave my hair a squeaky clean feeling and so it clarified it mainly. It didn't add much moisture in my opinion but overall it was good. There wasn't residue and the lather was light. No problems with the scent as it was also light and not overpowering.

This shampoo lathers easily and I felt my hair was clean without being stripped of moisture after I used it. The deep conditioning masque helped to return my natural hair to a moisture level that made my curls pop!!

My hair felt dry and a little hard after use. I expected it to be more moisturizing but it might be protein in it as my hair is protein sensitize. I usually don't use shampoos with sulfate either. I'll continue to use it but not regularly as I don't feel it delivered the moisture my hair needed. A+ for smell and lather though.

I loved the smell of both products, it wasn't too strong. Also, made my hair soft. My hair isn't really dry, so it didn't have to work too hard. The shampoo had a pretty good lather, but wasn't too heavy.

It smells so amazing and it doesn't leave a plasticy build up on the hair. Leaves your hair super soft and bouncy. I love this product and brand so much.

This striped away everything in my hair. I washed my hair 3 times. The first time it removed all the gunk. The second time it really made it dry. I tried a third time to see if it would put moisten back in my hair and it didn't.

Not too big a fan of the smell of this line, but this shampoo did what it was supposed to do. It didn't strip my hair, but it didn't get all of the buildup out on the first wash either.

The shampoo lathers well and smells really good. My husband has been using it for a few weeks and he is please with the shampoo. Will likely be purchasing for future use

The shampoo has a slight scent, but I didn't find it overpowering. I was excited to get a moisturizing shampoo, since my hair has been dry. This definitely helped add some moisture to my hair, along with softness!

It's rare for me to find a regular shampoo that works on my hair, so I was very sceptical before I used this shampoo. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and soft this left my hair feeling!! I would definitely recommend giving this a try if you have dry, unruly hair. The scent is also amazing!!

African's best olive and shea moisturizing shampoo made my hair feel super clean. It made my hair feel like I just got an protein treatment. It was easy to detangle after shampooing but to me my hair didn't feel super moisturize. I would definitely buy Africans best olive and shea shampoo again.

I wanted to get a good three washes in before I made my final judgment and the shampoo is pretty decent!! My hair didn't dry out as I thought it would and it cleaned my hair without stripping the moisture already in my hair..I like the smell of it..as a woman of combination texture hair I say it's worth the try

I was extremely excited about trying this shampoo. I enjoy an aloe based shampoo and had very high hopes for this shampoo. I was disappointed when I used it because it stripped my hair from its natural oils. This is a great shampoo when you need to get your hair extremely clean but be sure to add moisture back into your immediately after use.

This shampoo was hydrating and cleaning. Worked really well on my little ones hair.

I am so in love with this shampoo!! It makes wash day enjoyable and relaxing. The smell is very calming and soothing, reminiscent of baby soft lotion. After use, my hair definitely feels more moisturized than usual, and when I woke up the next morning, my hair still smelt so good and felt amazing. I now have pillow soft curls! I highly recommend this product for weekly use, and can't wait to enjoy it again.

I have dry scalp & this has really helped me with the flakes that sometimes show up on my scalp. The consistency of the shampoo is amazing it's thick, rich & smells so good. The shampoo gets your hair super clean, easy to use, a little goes a long way & your hair will feel great.

Great for type 4 hair. Works better when used with heat left the hair moisturized and easy to detangle. Used with a large wide tooth combination afterwards which shortened the styling time significantly.

the ingredient list was disappointing. my hair was harder to comb through more than usual after using. the smell was light, but a somewhat cheap smelling scent. unfortunately did not live up to my expectations
